I have to admit that I have only ever used Shea Butter from B.A. But why bother with others when you get a great product from here? I use Shea Butter in all my lotions and I love it! The fact that it is reasonably priced is a big bonus too!

Wonderful Customer Service
I have been purchasing from Bulk Apothecary for a few months now, and I have never had a problem. My last tub of shea butter arrived with a cracked lid and was oozing out all over the inside of the packaging. I made a call to the customer service center, and I only got one or two sentences out before the woman kindly apologized and told me that there was another one being sent out that day to replace it. That was it. No higher ups. No paperwork. No messing around with returning the damaged one. I was instantly in love with this site because of the high quality products at affordable prices, but now the customer service has me locked in for life!

Best Shea Around!
I have purchased Shea butter at local health food stores, and while they said "refined" on the tub, it still had a weird smell and was gritty in my body butters. I love this shea because it is unscented, so I don't have to use extra essential oils to cover the smell, and it is so smooth. Never gritty. It was one of the first things I ever ordered off of this site, and I've been hooked on this site and the high quality of the products ever since!
